ENGINEERING:

At Earth Wise Consulting our goal is to achieve project success while minimizing costs. To do that we often partner with selected subcontractors. Projects big or small often require engineering. Allow us to introduce you to some of our reputable partners that provide engineering services. Earth Wise Consulting provides our clients with access to civil, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, and electrical engineering services. We also have access to structural engineers. Engineering services are not conducted by Earth Wise Consulting, but via partnering subcontractors. Examples of subcontracted services include:

• Stormwater management plans,
• Stormwater facility designs,
• Bridge, culvert, and fording designs,
• Footer design,
• Load analysis,
• HVAC design, and
• Electrical system evaluations and design.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT/VISIONING:

Transforming an idea into something tangible is one of our specialized services. Let us take your idea, add some flesh to it, and transform it into a project. We've assisted farmers with strategies for manure and nutrient management, and assisted them with developing grants for Value-Added Product conversion. We've taken neighborhood blight concerns and created business parks. We've taken ideas for water cisterns for fire suppression and created innovative stormwater projects. SITE DEVELOPMENT:

Do you need to know your property boundaries? Do you have land that needs subdivided? Maybe you have a property line dispute. No matter why you need a surveyor, we can refer you to a reputable partner. Surveying services are not conducted by Earth Wise Consulting.

PERMITTING:

An increased level of local, state, and federal regulation/enforcement has resulted in more project permits. Are you unsure of the permits your project needs?
